Questions & Answers
When is my order prepared?
Once payment is received and you see your order status with the green check icon, we will be notified and we will start making your order. You can expect pick-up orders to be ready within 10-15 minutes normally.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No; simply tap one of the payment card icons below the yellow PayPal button, and you can enter your information there as a PayPal guest. You will, however, need one to if you want your payment information securely remembered for faster checkout.
How does delivery work?
We currently only deliver to select schools during their lunch time. Since we only make one trip per school per day, keep the order cutoff in mind. You can see how much time is left by selecting your school and taping the blue checkout button. Teachers can also pre-order before the cafe opens starting at midnight that morning.
